I have had an interest and love for weather since I can remember. I began in Radio in 1980 and in 1981 I began doing the local weather for three local Radio Stations. I went to college and began a lawn care business which I owned for 18 years but never lost my interest in weather. I moved to Dauphin County Pennsylvania In February of 2011, then in August of 2011 I started a weather photo page on Facebook. After being asked by a few people to post the local weather forecast, I began posting area forecasts for five Cities in PA which were Erie, Pittsburgh, State College, Philadelphia and Scranton. In September of 2011, I changed the facebook page name to Weather Forecasts For Pennsylvania and in October of 2011 I created the website. I built this website up and added more weather related material here. Since then I have been adding more information and building this website up. I now have a national weather page, as well as Canada and Puerto Rico weather pages here along with weather information, weather news, radar, temperatures and more. I am a certified as a Storm Spotter, Short Range Forecaster and have certificates in many areas of weather. I am a short range Weather Forecaster which means I do not Forecast beyond three days. I do touch on storm systems that may impact Pennsylvania, on the Facebook Page but do not forecast them. Please take a look around here on the website. My mission is to keep people informed of the weather as well as to educate people on weather safety. This website contains information on weather safety as well as weather information. On our Facebook Page I post the Regional Weather Summary and other weather related information, four times a day on weekdays at 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. I also post all Severe Weather Statements when they are issued between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM 7 Days a Week. Thank you for visiting our website.
